Pros

Some level of autonomy, good initial training but only if you are nominated and depends on a division. Some divisions have no training other than shadowing and useless videos.

Cons

1. Nepotism - best accounts given to family members and favorite colleagues - FAVORITISM 2. False promises. 3. Passive agressiveness 4. Disengaged managements/ leaders 5. Awful commission structure mostly at 10% for start with a draw. 6. Micromanagement and useless KPIs 7. Unethical behavior encouraged to close a sale 8. Shy high turnover and management openly saying they do not expect people to last 7. Major miscommunication and bait and switch practices. If you're in sales (recruiter) and it doesn't work out, YOU are at fault!

Pros

Decent pay, no problems as long as you are there on time and have good attendance.

Cons

None that I know of. It is a staffing agency for temps.
