      Pros

      Here is a great way to meet new people and see how many companies work. A great networking job. No matter how bad (or good) it gets, the job is temporary.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt that I was on my own. The people in companies you are assigned to take advantage of a temp. Expect to work hard be paid one of the least salaries in a company you are assigned. The permanent employees give you their work above and beyond the job you signed up for while they make personal phone calls and chat with each other. If you discuss it with your Adecco liaison, you will be asked if you want to leave the assignment. Once you bring up a concern, you will be overlooked for other assignments.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and PTO when starting with this company.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, difficult to advance within company, work schedules are not consistent, management is NOT concerned with providing their employees a work/life balance. Constant change in upper management makes it difficult to succeed.

      Decent pay and medical accommodations at some placements

      Cons

      It is like being trapped in high school. Toxic rants requiring clairvoyance to understand from Adecco staff and at firms I was placed at, gas lighting, slander, verbal abuse, false accusations, and cut throat atmosphere were not in the job descriptions. I was there to work, not fight off the mentally ill. Adecco will hire anyone who is bipedal with opposable thumbs.
