Pros

I guess the pay negotiation was decent but could have been better.

Cons

Can't be sure of the reason why they fired you. The company you worked for might say one thing but the temp agency has very unclear reasons that do not seem reasonable.

Pros

Best pay in Ohio for just requiring a High School Diploma Only 5 Days a Week weekends off, Shutdown Periods October bonus to all associates great people Very colorful despite low diversity

Cons

Hard to move up Poor leadership Takes much longer than expected to get hired in(some have worked for 4 years and are still adecco temps) If something breaks, it's on you no questions asked. Terrible food.

Pros

The company paid well (50k-100k/year), and provided an opportunity to work on interesting projects at the worlds top tech companies.

Cons

They fire people on the spot for asking for a raise or basic benefits. You are asked by the client not to work overtime because they dont want to pay for it, even though the work requires overtime to get done - so you are essentially forced to work overtime for free in order to keep your job.
