      they find you work quickly

      Cons

      poorly paid, no benefits, even city mandated time given for sick days is very hard to use. Getting wages adjusted when promotions happen is very difficult. If you have a problem with anything, the office is hard to get a hold of and not receptive.

      Pros

      the great pay and amount of things I've learned working here. I've never worked for an architectural firm and I know so much about the process of designing and building buildings.

      Cons

      Not enough schedule flexibility to work and attend school other than that I truly have no issues here.
