This was a very interesting job, and I learned in depth knowledge about my position. The training was superb!
Cons
No paid time off no matter how long you've worked there! Unless you're ranked in the top ten of your class, expect to get the least favorable schedule! Attendence policy is based on points. If you're five minutes late, -.25 for every five minutes you're late!I If you are sick, -1 for each day you are out! Death in the family, - 1 per day. Once you hit 8 points, you're fired! Also the call center is 25 miles from Denver! Subpar pay and no affordable health or other benefits!
