Pros
Excellent benefit package, although the last few years the prices have skyrocketed. I assume that is the same everywhere with the ACA.
Cons
You are a number, a producer. You are only as good as what you can do for the company. They have had massive layoffs over the years and run on a skeleton crew in each branch. Many times there is no time for a lunch break, or even sometimes a restroom break. The processes and procedures are extremely intricate and difficult considering the production atmosphere you work in.
