Pros

Great team, attractive commission structure and fun environment. Friendly atmosphere, not cut throat like many of the recruitment firms in the industry If you like CSR, you should check out Adecco’s Win4Youth program.

Cons

Salary / Job Grade inequality across Adecco brands. Also, there are management decisions you find out through the news on LinkedIn instead of Internal Communication, which is perplexing.
