      Pros

      if you get good pay then thats the only good point. free food. I'm an employee and i'm telling from my exp.

      Cons

      no growth there will be no contract renewal after 2 years, they might promise that it can be as many years wanted but not true, google cannot extend more than 2 years by policy. higher chance of getting fired as its a temp job and google keep firing temps if performance is not met. no job protection other google benefits and infrastructure cannot be availed.

      Not always upfront of cons for taking offered contracts Could not get provincial government contracts in my region Did not check in frequently

      Pros

      Connected to the largest recruitment firm globally. Recognized brand. Difficult to say anything else here really as these are the only Pros that I can come up with.

      Cons

      You must be willing to do as you are told and answer YES to every request. Management - both Mid and Senior - have really no say or power as everything comes down to what the Canadian President decides. Mid and Senior management just do as directed by the Canadian President and do not have any influence.
