      Great Pay, Great work/ life balance, Great working environment and Great co workers.

      Cons

      I really enjoy my job. I don't wake up unhappy and I don't go home upset. Management really listens to your needs and take quick action to meet them

      Pros

      It's an ok starting place to a career in human resources. You are responsible for doing EVERYTHING so it gives you a chance to understand what you don't like, and what you want to continue on with in another company. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      #Adecco is a #greatplacetowork if you want to be over worked, under paid, and under appreciated. You should also be comfortable teaching yourself because there is minimal training for new hires; you'll do a few videos and call it a day. You should not be a person who can form your own opinions and don't you dare ask questions; this is a 'be quiet and drink the kool-aid' place. Also, don't let the PTO woo you - it's like a punishment taking a day off; nothing gets done and you work OT to catch up. Speaking of OT, you're salaried and work more than 40 hours every week...

      Pros

      I would never recommend this company for anyone seeking employment. Had to wait for payment on multiple occasions and based on other reviews, this is a common practice that Adecco uses for their employees, contractors and freelance employees.

      Cons

      Everything! Adecco promises is always embedded with a loophole as to why they do not fulfill their part of the agreement. They are certainly not interested in the rights if the employee or what they can do dorm the eppp
