      Pros

      Was placed at one of my dream companies to work for.

      Cons

      1. Crappy Pay 2. Borning Positions 3. Don't care about their employees, just the customer who has purchased their services 4. Not easy to approach about issues 5. Not responsive when you have a problem 6. Prefer you to NOT have contact with their customer - even if that person is your "boss when you are contracted" 7. RUDE EMPLOYEES 8. Take forever to get paperwork to you 9. Very unprofessional 10. Took all benefits away from their employees 11. High turnover in positions due to lack of pay & benefits!

      Very Shady Practices

      Pros

      If you want to have very simple warehouse work, this is a no brainer. They can find you work rather quickly if they are actively staffing for a warehouse.

      Cons

      When they hired me they said that they usually hired full-time non temp employees after the 90 day period. I worked there for almost 2 years at the same job and they didn't hire me and kept me close to minimum wage.

      Pros

      Ability to work with the largest staffing agency in the US and the world. This affords many positive opportunities. Solid organization which has done a nice job of cutting out the red tape. Organization is committed to their employees from a training and development perspective, in partcular Recruiters, on-sites and branch managers.

      Cons

      The company is going the wrong direction!!! Very apparent to see the organization, which once had a nice balance, is now ONLY about finding a way to making more money!!! Some examples are the closing of the Melville location, not replacing individuals in key positions/segments and making foolish career decisions on solid producers. The company values of cool head, warm heart and working hands needs to be replaced with GROW THE RETURN ON SALES OR ELSE!! Senior leadership is running scared!!! Lastly salaries for branch staff is excessively low!!
