Lack of stability - several rounds of layoffs in the 1.5 years I was there. Senior leaders are not strategic in decision making. Sales team does not target competitive business and business is not diversified. Senior leaders are hostile and rude to employees and high degree of unprofessionalism between field teams and corporate roles. Lack of accountability for senior leaders. KPIs changed several times during a review cycle without explanation. The company had no consistent way to track bonuses and commissions and employees have no transparency into the programs or how it was calculated. Were just told that KPIs were not met. My manager lacked basic leadership skills in terms of communication. Change is managed poorly or not at all. Do not accept a position here. You will most likely be laid off.
