Pros

I worked specifically in the Adecco Search (Full-time hires / Direct Hire) team, so my experience is likely pretty different from many folks in the much larger Temp / Staffing area of Adecco. With that said... —My team was wonderful. Supportive, communicative, and always pushing each other to succeed & try harder without being overbearing or applying too much pressure. — My manager especially was outstanding. She was a real pro and was very supportive and hands on while still running a very busy desk herself. — PTO policy was pretty generous (about 22 days a year if I recall correctly) and accommodations were always reasonably flexible

Cons

—Because it's such a large company, any decisions or teams outside of my immediate team I felt extremely disconnected with. — Upper level leadership is extremely inaccessible and out of touch with the reality of what most employees work with day to day — Many of our clients clearly viewed us as "necessary evils" vs legitimate, consultative partners, and were very rude and short in their interactions with myself and my team. — The job, like at any recruiting agency, is a grind. You have to WANT IT and really be willing to hustle and consistently work 50-60 hours a week if you want to succeed.

Pros

Pay was decent. Weekend availability.

Cons

Poor management. Numerous scheduling problems. No one would tell me when I was exposed to covid by a co-worker. Constant stress. Toxic emails begging employees to not "call out."

Pros

-Great Health benefits, -Had 21 days of PTO( you can carry over 5)they accrue based on hours worked -I had a great manager who was very flexible and great to work with. -Great work/life balance. Rarely contacted after hours or on weekends

Cons

-Starting pay was 15-20% bellow market (but benefit were less Than half of what others are) -In my branch I had little opportunity to grow( maybe better in bigger markets) -KPI oriented- this wasn't my manger however corporate was looking at your KPI's closely to see where else they can utilize you if your not keeping busy
