Pros

Usually you'll have a job in a matter of days, up to a couple weeks. This is fantastic if you're moving to a new place, or are desperate.

Cons

Adecco takes a steep fee from your hourly pay, will place you with the first available job instead of those best suited to your skills, never returns phone calls, and generally has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You also usually have to physically go to their specific office before you can be placed, even if you have an Adecco office near you that can perform drug tests and the like, which makes it extremely hard to line up a job if you're moving to a new state.
