work-life balance is not that good

1. Phones ring like constantly and you are the only recruiter 2. So much admin work you can’t concentrate on recruiting 3. Pay is below your work needed 4. They took out the bonus structure so example for 50 employees you hire that continue to work it goes to the branch first to make the revenue then you’ll get your cut which is about $100 every 3 months 4. Management has no idea what they are doing all they do is sell while you work endlessly off filling in 80 orders by yourself
