Good team colleagues and nice location to work, Plenty parking spaces for employees and easy access to the Autobahn.
Cons
Every 2 to 3 years they are laying off Germany staff and replacing them with lower cost countries or exporting the more senior positions back to the US. Therefore little to no career options.
