      The only pro is that it's good money

      Cons

      They work you to death you work your butt off one day and the next day they want more out of you no matter how hard you work and how many parts you make a day they always find some reason to hold you over and mandate to work 12hrs a day 7 days a week no respect from management supervisors or the superintendent on 2nd shift they work you in the ground and expect you to get back up at the snap of their fingers
