      Pros

      Salary / Benefits Working with advanced equipment and automation Opportunity to grow within the organization Corporate advanced engineering group was knowledgeable and supportive.

      Cons

      Work / life balance (on-call 24/7 365). Little respect for personal time, or time off. Working through most weekends, holidays, and vacations. Having to take calls most nights after hours (i.e. 3am). Generally working 55+ hour weeks was expected, not appreciated. Most Tier 1 jobs are stressful given the nature of JIT, but this environment was the worst I have worked in.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are great and salaried professionals are paid fairly. Offices and facilities are kept clean and there is room to grow in the company.

      Cons

      The culture has been hollowed out by corporate micromanagement and excessive cost cutting. Also, there are many people in the plant that have been there 15+ years who have grown complacent and miserable. There are enough good-natured and personable people, but the culture is pretty awful at large. However, as of November 2024, upper level management is taking a turn for the better, and moral seems to be improving.
