Focused on short term financial results. Poor performers hard to cast adrift.

They hire all kinds of people that are on drugs in the Athens Tn plant. They will wrongfully terminate you. They have one employee that sells alchol in the parking lot during his shift. They will work you to death. They expect you to work 7 days a week with no days off. I do not reccommend this place to work. It is horrible you will have no life. Management is horrible. They do not follow Osha guidelines they will have you work during a fire. They say they can because the fire is contained but yet the smell is in the building this has been done about 5 times or more in the past 2 tears. It needs to be reported to osha tjey need to do surprise visits because this is not healthy for emploeeys all you are is a number to this company.
