Take time to invest in people if lucky enough to be noticed as employee. Salaries are good. Work is challenging but in a good way. Good internal job opportunities.

Very international work environement, that is open to people of all background. Colleagues are generally very pleasant to work with.

Cons

There is a lot of movement in the leadership structure at the top, but the middle management heirarchy is very slow to change.
