      Robots treated better than staff. Managers haven't got a clue how to get the best from their staff.

      Union ensure high wages for the staff. U fortunately that's as far as the pros go.

      Cons

      Managers have no leadership skills and absolutely no clue how to properly motivate a workforce. Any manager that shows an inkling of creative thinking is shunted off to the side until they eventually get sick of it an leave. Staff on the production line are treated worse than the machines they work with. Ultra high turnover of staff shows that it's not a job anyone with sense wants to stay in. Managements attitude to staff is one of 'we can always hire more'. One lad had his finger chopped off on the line, it was back up running half an hour later. One poor fell dropped and died of a heart attack., management demanded everyone carry on, shift manager response was 'no1 knew him, just get on with it'. I would wish this company on my worst enemy, a truly horrific place to work. Go to McDonald's instead....
