Great company culture, mix of American -German local culture. Allows to travel to various locations , multicultural projects. Good IT.

Cons

The car industry is very hectic , low margin on product which everyone could feel. also do not expect the most progressive place.

Pros

Pros depend on department. Some employees are like slavers, some just wait till end of the day without working. I enjoy home offices, flexibile working time and education. Working processes are good adjusted. Overall friendly atmosphere.

Cons

If you expect career growth, you are terrible wrong. You will be happy if you get 100€ more after 2 years and better leave before you lost your potencial. Networking means to be two faced and pretending friendships. Leaders often dont know elementary principles of management.
