      Pros

      The engineers are really helpfull despite management politics. The good place to explore talents if interacted with the right people(abroad).

      Cons

      Middle level managers with 15 years experience in CAE are not able to carry out responsibilities of the position as they do not understand the trend of recent demands. Blind accusations on employees without understand causing root cause by CAE management.

      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros to working for this company except for the fact that they have 2 time clocks side by side so you can punch out quicker.

      Cons

      No accountability. If you don't feel like doing your job, you really don't have to and there are no repercussions. Supervisors have to ask permission from HR to write you up anyway. Tons of hours and you never know if you will be forced to stay over from day to day. Not fully staffed in management and no plans to do so. Zero communication at any level of operations. Summertime is hotter than most factories because of all the laser welders and there is minimal ventilation because they simply don't care about you.
