      Gradually increasing workload

      Pros

      Everybody is extremely friendly, orientation is very well constructed and have yet to meet any employee that isn't willing to help learn or direct

      Cons

      The workload was 0 to none at the beginning, much shadowing of meetings, tests, and plant production. Slowly picked up as the term progressed.

      Pros

      Vacation days and holidays are very good.. the pay is fair for automotive supplier.good people to work with in the fast pace environment.

      Cons

      Lack of knowledge of upper leadership and always changing for the sake of change. Pay should be better for lower levels

      Pros

      Good pay, work is generally steady, lots of vacation time and advancement opprotunities. I don't really know what else to say but I have to hit the 20 word minimum

      Cons

      It is a demanding job that often times will require overtime on very short notice, some of the people are difficult. The worst are the people that are children of members if management. They tend to get away with whatever they want. Hours slow down in the summer
