Some of the better salary, pay for a bachelor degree which I’ve ever encountered (over $70k + OT after 45 hours weekly)
Cons
If you’re material analyst, the facility runs six days a week be prepared to answer your phone at any point in time during those six days, which includes when you are sleeping and on Saturday and Sunday night. There are no “stock outs” or “backorders” or “off-bay” options, so all of the parts that make a car seat have to be there, and if they are assigned to you, you have to figure out a way to get them there and speak to them.
