Pros

Terrific culture. Everyone is congenial and works together towards a common goal. Lots of social events keep things lighthearted and fun. Tremendous benefits, and competitive pay.

Cons

Out of the way from Boston and housing/child care can be difficult in this area, but if you love a more rural setting, there is no where better!

Pros

#1 is probably culture and activities, people are fun/friendly and actually want to attend happy hours, clubs, etc. plus company trips! Benefits and pay are the best I’ve experienced The science is really cool and people are open to career development and want you to succeed Awesome location for people that like the outdoors

Cons

Only thing is long hours in comparison to previous jobs
