Pros

It is a job, the people who work in mid level management do genuinely care, even if the top brass don't. Benefits are okay. Remote work is allowed

Cons

Very low salary compared to other opportunities, barely get any feedback from high level management/HR. It's very clear that they massively underbid on contracts and run things on a shoestring budget.

In 25 years of supporting NASA Goddard, ADNET is by far the best contractor company I've worked for. They put their employees first, all levels of management work well together and for their customers, and they do a great job of placing employees where they can succeed and grow professionally.

Cons

Absolutely nothing negative at all.
