Pros

If you are coming from Computer Science background, this is the company for you. It has all to offer - the work itself, work culture, the environment, supercharged individuals. Overall a great company.

Cons

It would take some time and of course effort to sink in. But the longer you stay, the better it gets.

Pros

Good salary & benefits, workspace and work environment. Good people, unless you get stuck with a bad manager (which can happen, owing to sheer size) or bad project (again, which can happen and big company politics comes into picture)

Cons

Not much to grow & learn, unless you are fortunate enough (or political enough) to be given to build a product from ground-up. Company relies on short term block-busters, rather than long term vision, as it doesn't has a solid economy around it's solutions unlike it's competitors like microsoft, apple, oracle, etc. Can be boring as they don't take big enough risks and somehow keep re-cycling old ideas
