      Great benefits, great people, great projects

      Pros

      My favorite part about Adobe is the autonomy for projects. You can find an opportunity, pitch it, and pursue. And there was nothing like working in the office, how kind and approachable everyone is and the great collaborative culture. Hoping for those days to restart. Super diverse and lots of women in upper management and C suite.

      Cons

      Comp is strong but when you get hired in make sure it's the right level. That was my one complaint. Adobe has a leveling system like any company. Ask what the official level and title is for the role and what is above and below it. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

      Pros

      Adobe pays great, benefits are tough to beat (including 4 months off as a father when you have a child), and the ability to work from wherever is nice.

      Cons

      Adobe, just like other large tech companies, loves to shove politics and their own beliefs down their employees throats, which I have never liked. I feel like we each should feel comfortable where we work and not have these things forced on us.

      Great benefits. Treated like an adult. Workplace Flexibility. Feel appreciated.

      Cons

      So much work to do. Too tightly loaded. 60 hours per week typical. Unlimited time off, but taking time off is challenging due to the nature of the work. loading employees to 100%+ doesn't allow for unexpected issues or self development and leads to high turn-over rate, which costs the company immensely.
