Sales leadership is losing it

Pros

There are a lot of benefits to working at Adobe: Very stable, good ESPP program, great benefits, resources, products (when they are working correctly) and other good things you would expect at a large tech company.

Cons

Sales leaders are creating a very hostile environment throughout the entire sales org. Comp plans are being changed mid-year, comp is being adjusted for "mega deals" where you only get comped on an ambiguous amount of the overall deal for some reason. The stick is used here much more than the carrot. But then again, I'm told it's a luxury just to be working here...

Pros

Respectful, collaborative culture Flexible work schedule, generous time off policies Interesting projects

Cons

Too much latitude for middle managers - some teams are great with lots of training and advancement opportunities, conferences, morale events - others are a lot more spartan. Everyone in similar positions at the company should get generally similar opportunities.
