      Company moves slowly. Management does what is in their best interest rather than doing what is best for clients or Adobe.

      loyal customer portfolio in media & print industries, almost monopoly in it's area

      Cons

      changing strategy too frequently and doesn't see value in selling thru channel partners, even though makes +70% of the revenue thru that channel. stopped annual review process for employees, so no way to caliber/ manage performance.
