      Pros

      If you are in top 20-25 % then you will get good money, for the rest its same as they get in other companies.

      Cons

      No core technology strength, no domain. So even after working here for 5 years, you will add nothing in ur resume. Manager's behave like dictators and higher management supports them blindly, nobody listens to an employee. Not an employee friendly company.

      -Excellent Compensation, Leave, Benefits packages -Exciting projects, strong focus on employee development and training -Positive brand messaging

      Cons

      -Limited opportunities for career growth outside of core offices (San Jose, San Francisco, Seattle, Utah, India) -Frequent re-orgs to align with new "strategy", typically timed with employee lay offs or RIF -Salary increases are small, so do a good job negotiating starting salary
