      Pros

      Great benefits, smart co-workers, interesting industries serviced, dynamic workplace with some impressive office spaces, great suite of products on both the Marketing and Creative sides; established software powerhouse with great brand affinity

      Cons

      Typical big-company bureaucracy, senior management just pays lip service to employee feedback. Company has grown quickly through acquisition and doesn't seem to know how to assemble the puzzle pieces quickly enough to meet customer demand. Lots of effort around offshoring has many concerned about their long-term job security

      Pros

      There are plenty of opportunities within the company right now to grow yourself. Company is on an upward trend within the industry and is capturing the majority of the marketplace with Creative Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

      Cons

      Difficult in most areas to break into management, and it is required in most instances to get a better salary. Company is working on better career paths for purely technical folks.

      Friendly environment and personnel and what appears to be good a team to work with.

      Cons

      Each of the individuals I met appeared to very different perspectives for the needs of the role. There was no follow up or response after the interview. Albeit it appeared the meetings well, it took several emails to the hiring manage before there was a response.
