Company values are be genuine, innovative, involved. A lot of trainings and abundant time-off especially after you have stayed in for a long time.

Cons

The domain knowledge is too specific to creative areas. Managers are too away from technical hands-ons. CEO is Indian so you know ... Politics is a little too much.
