      Pros

      Company is seeking for the new areas to grow, so this is great time for engineers and researchers to get good working experience. Company is open for new ideas and appreciates those who provides those. Work politics is absent.

      Cons

      Work quality is dependent on team (although I was fortunate to get into the good one). Many products in India are known to be in maintenance mode, and not good to work for freshers.

      Pros

      Employees are valued, good work, open to ideas, good work culture. Many products are owned by teams in India.

      Cons

      Mainly has desktop products whereas the future is web, no sports facilities in Bangalore except TT. Compensation although good, is not as competitive as the peers.
