      talented, dynamic, fun, passionate and smart employees who are truly inspiring great products.

      Cons

      far to slow to communicate quickly and directly to employees on issues that they know matter to employees. this is costly.

      good environment to work doesn't have too much work pressure will get ample time for extra curricular activities. not much to add

      Cons

      Low pay. Adobe india is a low cost center and pay low compared to microsoft,google etc. They misuse the NCR factor to pay low. Work generally is of maintenance type although there are few teams doing good work.
