      Pros

      Lots of very interesting projects to work on in a great variety of areas - from research into machine learning to cloud computing and web services. The perks are good and people really help you grow.

      Cons

      Things can get political at times, but I guess that's normal in a large company such as Adobe. Also, the different Adobe teams are don't communicate too often and there are a lot of similar things reimplemented by different teams. The good news is that this is starting to change.
