Pros

Great compensation, smart people, awesome products. Adobe is known for its high quality products and it is a source of pride for all of us to be associated with "the best".

Cons

Bureaucracy and way too many processes. Adobe has too many people in the organization who do not contribute to the bottom line, and spend a lot of their working hours coming up with ways to slow down the rest of us. This is probably common at any company that is growing rapidly and trying to do so gracefully.

Pros

intelligent peers, great work culture, zeal for innovation & good leadership of reporting managers. - It is fairly easy to manage work life balance due to flexi hours. - Managers keep a continues watch on employees and ensure a fair performance review for all. On top of it, the peer review is one of the main part of review process.

Cons

- Adobe is one of many companies which is getting bitten by Piracy. The software piracy affects product revenues & employees who work hard for it. - Adobe offers moderate salary which stays a little lower than the best paymasters. Sometimes prospective employees reject offers due to it. However, adobe is consistent with the compensation it offers and tries to follow its OPEN & fair compensation policy.
