Great internal transfer policy - if you don't like the work your team does you can easily switch to another project after staying for a specific interval in your current role. Technology spread is very good, you get to work with both bleeding edge and rusted technologies which helps to get an overall idea of how problem-solving trend has been in the industry I am someone who likes to play for atleast an hour everyday , there are ample of sports related facilities available at Adobe campus @Noida Sector 132. Also, Adobe provides a wellness benefit that is like "saune pe suhaga" / icing on the cake for someone who loves doing sports and adventure related activities. Campus is lush green and well maintained. Awesome peers, personally I have learnt a lot both in professional space(by developing skills) and in personal space(kudos to friendly culture which is there in the company) Awesome buffet as part of free lunch and dinner. Cons
Not really a con of working but this thing happens in case of enterprise products where the processes are a bit stringent as a code ninja one might feel bored, again this too depends on the team where you are in(remember the awesome internal transfer policy)
