My manager has been able to build a great team- good listener and coach - always looking to bring the team to the next level - i enjoy my coworkers- when i came to the organization everyone was very helpful and HR got me set up right away-

Cons

as companies grow they lose some of the small business focus- valuing your employees- continue to grow but keep the focus on customers and employees
