It's a job. There're creative connections here. Good discounts and deals with camera companies.

Cons

socially oppressive (all the sites are blocked and we aren't allowed to bring phones in. Very boring and repetitive, not a lot of room for company growth.

weekends off. Leave by 1pm Fridays. It's probably going to change soon as the company is making more money every year.

Cons

There is zero employee wellbeing. The bare minimum is not well being. A group of workers is making the family millions+ every year. Increase the life and wellbeing of those that have served and dedicated their life to. They gain experience, they're educated, and can improve the work tremendously if they're HAPPY. Something so simple corporate america refuse to come across. If you're PEOPLE are HAPPY, they will work and love it like never before. There's no dedication or attempt to improve from the ground up.
