      Pros

      I have been with Adorama for several years and have enjoyed the progress of the sales team I am a member of. I have a good manager and we meet quarterly to review my performance and provide feedback how I can improve. We get to see many great new products that the company sells. Over the past few years Adorama has expanded the benefits including life insurance and 401k match. There is a good life work balance and a productive hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      I can't think of any at this time- or areas of improvement.

      Pros

      The culture in the office is magnificent, collaborative, welcoming, and fun. I am part of the Marketing team and feel supported by my peers and supervisors to grow in my career. Onboarding was seamless and very informative. My direct boss is a knowledgeable mentor who takes the time to teach and explain. Overall I am excited to be a part of a growing Marketing team with lots of potential to grow.

      Nothing negative to say, just commuting in the heat is tough.

      I have been working at Adorama for several years. What I like the most is the ability to share ideas and technology with peers- it is exciting to be able to be involved with others much more experienced and be able to grow.

      I don't have any specific but keep the great culture to be able to share and grow
