Adorama provides a lot of autonomy. It was a great career opportunity and I left the company feeling like I gained five years of experience in one because leadership trusted the decision making abilities of the staff. The people there were also fantastic to get to know and work alongside.

Cons

The reporting structure was disorganized & job roles were not well defined. There were people within the organization that didn't even have one. When we worked to try to better define them, some leadership was reluctant or too slow to make changes and ultimately resulted in a lack of clear initiatives.

I have been given projects and opportunities that I would not have been given in other companies which has allowed me to grow professionally and help my career. Benefits are very comparable to other companies that I had previously looked at. Good Culture.

Cons

Today, the retail environment is extremely challenging. The company is working for ways to meet those challenges.
