Marketing dept has changed a lot under the new CMO, and these are all good changes. Strong leadership, green light for employee's new ideas, and the atmosphere in general has shifted particularly in the marketing dept.

Cons

Some of the processed are just being established which can slow down the executions of some projects.

Pros

Management team is very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. Ideas are encouraged and get implemented. CEO easily reachable. Indeed, a great employer with amazing perks. Great benefits include 401K, health insurance, internal promotions etc; PTO seals the deal!
