Pros

The opportunities to learn about equipment and meet new people was amazing. Management was nice and took the time to make sure new hires understood the different processes and software used.

Cons

The leadership team did not do well with communication once COVID-19 hit. Company displaced most workers without a single call, text or email. Understandably, the pandemic was new for a lot of businesses, but Adorama did nothing to communicate about the terminations of employment.
