Good equipment variety. Good for learning various equipment and contact with many people in the industry.

Cons

Horrible pay, they wouldn't even give my coworker his PTO after leaving his position, he had to pull out the employee handbook and threaten legal action to obtain his left over PTO. The management is for the most part a complete joke. They are all cousins all the managers are related as well as many employees. A bit of a toxic work environment, they are homophobic (not to me) to my coworker who refused to work at the Brooklyn location because of the verbal abuse.

I really like the people I work with. People are willing to help you anyway they can. The company has a tremendous growth opportunity ahead of it. There are so many greenfield opportunities for sales. Management is in the process of getting rid of none performers and people with poor attitudes. So you will see some unhappy post. If you want to work hard, you can make money. If you want to grow your career you can but you have to own it. I talked with manager and I have a plan and timelines.
