Pros

Co workers they work like a family and very friendly. Always a pleasure coming into work and working side by side with people who have such knowledge of the system.

Cons

management needs help; Extremely rude in front of customers and staff. If you have a problem with a manager they will find a way to blame it on you instead of hearing out what really happen.

Pros

Great, passionate and driven people. The company is laser focused on driving the optimal product, service and overall "best in class" experience for the customer. Kudos to Adorama! Leadership is focused on evolving its team talent. HR (Thakur Wint) is exceptional, as well, by ensuring a seamless personal integration into the organization.

Cons

Internal systems and protocol can be improved.
