Pros

The only pro is getting to work around camera equipment and that's it.

Cons

Average pay with little to no growth. Sorry to say it but unless you are part of the Orthodox culture someone will always pass you by for the better job, promotion, raise, etc. Treat their employees like garbage. Complaints to management and HR go no where. It is just a dead end, regardless the area be it the store, rental house or print house.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. They really care about each employee and make sure everybody has a great work life balance. Everyone is always willing to help and you are mentored on anything you wish to know. The onboarding was super easy and Thakur Wint (HR) was great. He told me everything I needed to know about the company, helped me with my new hire package and was available at any time if I had any questions or needed guidance.

I see no cons so far.

The founder of the company was a lovely man

Cons

Marketing Department fails to recognise that ‘Customer Service’ is more than a job title. HR only sends people they favor on courses. Have to be prepared to lie to customers about certain procedures.
