Hi - thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at Adorama. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here, and it's true that working at Adorama isn't for everyone. Having said that, the market is rich with job opportunities and it is hard to understand why you stayed for 3 years. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. Pros

-Store managers are fair and helpful -Promotion opportunities -Loaner program -Access to helpful product trainings -Sales people have a large amount of autonomy in creating and changing orders

Cons

-Most internal departments function like nightmarish bureaucracy's -Most internal department managers are apathetic and dismissive -Used department is shady and predatory -Overseas customer service can be difficult to work with -Very little changes at Adorama except when the benefit of that change is clearly financial -Almost nothing has changed to make customer and employee experiences better since I've been here. -Long Jewish holidays are not fully paid -No national holidays are paid

* Get to test out equipment * Meet new people * Great co-workers

* Management doesn't pay attention to employees needs * Long hours on some days * Management had favorites and main it clear with pay/promotions.
