Management team is very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. Ideas are encouraged and get implemented. CEO easily reachable. Indeed, a great employer with amazing perks. Great benefits include 401K, health insurance, internal promotions etc; PTO seals the deal!

Pros

The company is actually investing a ton into content creation and social and trying to appeal to a much younger audience base then before. Many of the policies are changing as well. There is time off and we have classes we can take online. We also get time off, and 401K.

Cons

The office is a little outdated and we don't have a great area to eat lunch. Also lack meeting rooms.
