Pros

I can see the company making moves to improve processes and structure. The HR department is certainly making moves to improve the culture.

Cons

No 401K matching. Office needs a face lift.

Pros

The culture is well defined and nothing slips under the radar with management & staff, you're gaining photography & film industry experience with direct access to the equipment, there are consistent opportunities to learn about the products and industry, great pay, management is so easy to talk to and approachable, and the HR team, specifically Thakur & Linda, have an open door and are rockstars at making sure everyone is comfortable. I've worked at studios, sound stages, on set, and I've learned more in 4 months at Adorama then I did with any production. A wonderful environment for artist.

Cons

None. This place is rad.
